Chuck Metals is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance Nimonic Bars and Rods based in Singapore, Pulau Ujong. We’re well-known for providing top-notch nickel-based alloys that serve critical industries like aerospace, nuclear, and power generation. Our Nimonic bars and rods are specifically designed to thrive in extreme conditions where high strength, excellent creep resistance, and outstanding oxidation resistance are crucial. With our meticulous manufacturing processes and rigorous quality checks, we guarantee that our products meet international standards. Clients rely on Chuck Metals for prompt delivery, tailored solutions, and unparalleled product durability in demanding industrial settings.
Nimonic Bars and Rods are mainly made up of Nickel (about 70–80%) and Chromium (roughly 15–20%), with added Titanium, Aluminum, and Cobalt to boost strength and oxidation resistance. These alloys showcase remarkable mechanical properties, including tensile strength that surpasses 1000 MPa, impressive fatigue resistance, and superior creep strength at temperatures reaching up to 1000°C. The bars have a hardness range of 200–300 HB, depending on the specific grade and heat treatment. These features make Nimonic perfect for extreme-temperature environments and high-stress situations.
