Chuck Metals is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of top-notch alloy products based in Singapore, Pulau Ujong. They specialize in high-quality Hastelloy Forgings that are perfect for critical industrial applications. With years of experience in corrosion-resistant materials, Chuck Metals offers forged components that stand out for their incredible strength, durability, and ability to withstand harsh chemical environments. These forgings are a go-to choice in industries that demand exceptional performance under extreme temperatures and pressures. They provide custom shapes like rings, flanges, shafts, and blocks, ensuring clients receive precision-engineered solutions, quick delivery, and competitive pricing. Their Hastelloy forgings are particularly suited for customers who need long-lasting reliability in highly corrosive settings.
Hastelloy Forgings are generally crafted from high-nickel alloys such as Hastelloy C-276, C-22, X, or B-2. These alloys typically contain around 55–65% nickel, along with molybdenum, chromium, cobalt, and iron, which all contribute to outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The forgings boast high tensile strength (about 690–800 MPa), excellent yield strength, and robust resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. The forging process enhances the grain structure, boosting fatigue strength, toughness, and dimensional stability. Hastelloy retains its properties even under thermal stress, pressure, and exposure to both oxidizing and reducing agents, making it ideal for extremely corrosive processing conditions.

Hastelloy Forgings find extensive use in industries that operate in highly corrosive or high-temperature environments. In chemical processing, they are utilized in reactors, columns, piping, and heat exchangers that deal with acids, chlorides, and other harsh chemicals. In the aerospace sector, Hastelloy forgings are essential for engine components and exhaust systems that require both heat and corrosion resistance. Power generation facilities depend on them for turbine parts and flue gas scrubbers, while marine and offshore sectors also rely on their durability and performance.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
