Chuck Metals is a well-known manufacturer and supplier of top-notch specialty alloys based in Singapore, Pulau Ujong. They provide high-performance Inconel 617 Bars and Rods, specifically designed for industries that operate under extreme conditions. With a strong focus on precision, durability, and material integrity, Chuck Metals delivers Inconel 617 for various applications, including aerospace, chemical processing, and power generation. This alloy is celebrated for its remarkable strength and resistance to oxidation at high temperatures, making it a dependable choice for challenging environments. With a solid foundation of technical expertise, prompt deliveries, and competitive pricing, Chuck Metals has earned its reputation as a reliable partner for high-temperature alloy needs throughout Southeast Asia and beyond.
Inconel 617 Bars and Rods are primarily made up of nickel (44.5–60%), along with 20–24% chromium, 8–10% cobalt, 9–11% molybdenum, and trace amounts of aluminum. This distinctive blend of alloys ensures excellent oxidation resistance, high-temperature strength, and metallurgical stability. It boasts a tensile strength of about 750 MPa and a yield strength of around 360 MPa. Inconel 617 consistently performs well under high-stress, high-temperature conditions, resisting carburization and creep deformation. Its strength remains intact across a wide temperature range, particularly in environments exceeding 1000°C, making it perfect for components that need both heat resistance and structural reliability over extended service periods.
