Inconel 713C Bars and Rods are precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloys, made up of about 70% nickel, 12% chromium, 6% aluminum, 2% molybdenum, along with trace amounts of niobium, titanium, and carbon. This unique blend gives it exceptional high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 980°C. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 900 MPa and a yield strength close to 700 MPa, along with impressive resistance to creep and stress-rupture. Inconel 713C retains its mechanical properties even after prolonged exposure to high thermal loads, making it ideal for cast or forged components that need to endure extreme conditions while maintaining thermal fatigue resistance and structural integrity.
