Super Duplex S32750 consists of about 25% Chromium, 7% Nickel, and 4% Molybdenum, along with Nitrogen, Manganese, and trace amounts of Copper and Tungsten. The alloy boasts a minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, a tensile strength of at least 795 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 15–25%. Its high PREN (>40) makes it particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich environments, while its dual-phase microstructure ensures excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and impact toughness.
