The Stainless Steel 904L Square Bars and Rods are constituted of a composition consisting of high chromium 19-23%, Nickel 23-28%, Molybdenum 4-5%, and Copper 1-2%. This with low carbon content has outstanding corrosion-resistant properties. The tensile strength of bars is around 490 MPa, yield strength about 220 MPa, and elongation of about 35%. They are highly valued for resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. Excellent strength, durability, weldability, and formability make these bars widely applied in demanding chemical, marine, and pharmaceutical industries.
