Chuck Metals stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of high-performance Titanium Grade 7 Forgings right here in Singapore, Pulau Ujong. We take pride in our commitment to quality and our deep understanding of materials, providing titanium forgings that resist corrosion even in the toughest environments and critical applications. Our Titanium Grade 7, enhanced with palladium, boasts remarkable corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic and chloride-heavy settings. At Chuck Metals, our forgings comply with international standards like ASTM B381 and can be tailored to various shapes and sizes. With quick delivery, rigorous quality checks, and attentive customer service, we’ve become a reliable partner for clients in the chemical processing, marine, and industrial sectors.
Titanium Grade 7 Forgings are made up of mostly titanium (≥99%) with a small percentage of 0.12–0.25% palladium, which significantly boosts corrosion resistance, especially in reducing and acidic conditions. This alloy retains the physical and mechanical properties of commercially pure titanium. Typical mechanical characteristics include a tensile strength of ≥345 MPa, yield strength of ≥275 MPa, and an elongation of ≥20%. It also features excellent weldability, a low density of 4.51 g/cm³, and remarkable resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion. These attributes make it perfect for highly corrosive environments where maintaining material integrity is crucial.

Titanium Grade 7 Forgings are highly sought after in the chemical processing sector for creating components that come into contact with aggressive substances, such as heat exchangers, reactor vessels, piping systems, and pumps. Their exceptional resistance to chloride ions and acidic solutions also makes them a great fit for desalination plants and marine engineering projects. In the pharmaceutical and food processing industries, this alloy guarantees non-toxic, durable performance. Additionally, Grade 7 is utilized in nuclear power systems due to its low reactivity and high reliability.
