At Chuck Metals, we take pride in being a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 304L Forgings right here in Singapore, Pulau Ujong. We cater to a variety of industries that require materials known for their high strength, corrosion resistance, and outstanding durability. Our 304L forgings are crafted with precision to meet ASTM and ASME standards, ensuring they perform exceptionally well in structural, chemical, and marine applications. Thanks to their lower carbon content, SS 304L forgings boast improved weldability and resistance to intergranular corrosion. We blend cutting-edge forging technology with rigorous quality control to provide products that thrive in critical environments and meet the highest industry standards across global supply chains.
Stainless Steel 304L Forgings are components made from a low-carbon version of Stainless Steel 304. Offering enhanced weldability and resistance to sensitization during welding. Composed of approximately 18% chromium, 8% nickel and a maximum of 0.03% carbon. Stainless Steel 304L maintains excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic and chloride-rich environments. The lower carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation making it ideal for welded structures. These forgings exhibit good strength, durability and formability. Makes them suitable for critical applications in industries. Such as chemical processing, food processing and pharmaceuticals. Where high corrosion resistance and weldability are vital.
