Chuck Metals proudly stands as a top manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 310 Forgings in Singapore, Pulau Ujong, providing high-quality forged components designed for extreme temperatures and stress. SS 310 is an austenitic stainless steel celebrated for its remarkable resistance to oxidation, carburization, and scaling, even at elevated temperatures. Our 310 forgings are crafted with precision and a commitment to quality, ensuring they meet global industrial standards. Perfect for structural and thermal applications, Chuck Metals delivers dependable forged products that promise long-lasting performance, especially in sectors like petrochemical, power generation, furnace manufacturing, and thermal processing.
Stainless Steel 310 is composed of roughly 25% chromium and 20% nickel, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and high temperatures. This alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 520 MPa, a yield strength of 210 MPa, and an elongation of 40%, maintaining its structural integrity even at temperatures soaring up to 1150°C. Its high chromium-nickel content ensures excellent thermal resistance, while its austenitic structure offers good ductility and weldability. Unlike 310S, SS 310 has a slightly higher carbon content, which enhances its creep strength for load-bearing applications in high-heat environments.
